			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><br /><p>Selama ini sulit untuk bisa memperoleh tutorial yang mudah untuk diikuti untuk belajar program pemodelan kimia Hyperchem. Sebenarnya tidak terlalu sulit, silahkan daftar saja <a href="http://www.hyper.com/" target="_blank">di situs resminya hyperchem</a>, kemudian login maka siapapun akan dapat mengakses tutorial ini.</p>
<p>Tapi jika enggan untuk mendownload satu persatu file turtorial dalam format flash itu, silahkan downlaod langsung dari link yang saya sediakan. Tidak banyak tersedia memang tutorialnya namun lumayan dan kita bisa menambah untuk saling berbagi pengetahuan.</p>
<p>Dengan mendaftar di situs hyperchem kita siapapun akan mendapatkan sedikit beberapa latihan untuk menggunakan hyperchem (&#8230; pelit amat sih).</p>

<p>Yaitu: Cara melakukan rendering,  dasar-dasar untuk melakukan Raytrace Image,  Cara mencari database molekul yang tersedia di Hyperchem, serta contoh  analysis vibrasi dari molekul air.</p>

<p>Diasumsikan pada komputer telah terinstall program hyperchem, microsoft office powerpoint ditambah add-ins liveweb for powerpoint.<span id="more-581"></span></p>

<li>Buka program hyperchem yang terinstall</li>
<li>Buat model molekul tertentu, saya contohkan membuat &#8216;Alanin&#8217; yang bisa diambil dari Menu Databases &gt; Amino acid&#8230;&gt;&gt; klik &#8216;Ala&#8217; &gt; tutup tampilan jendela pop-up.</li>

<li>Agar molekul tampak sebagai model 3 Dimensi lakukan rendering dgn klikmenu Display &gt; Rendering &gt; pilih atom rendering &#8216;Ball &amp; Cylinders&#8217; &gt; Ok</li>

<li>Klik menu Compute &gt; Geometry Optiazion&#8230;&gt; Ok &#8230; eits tunggu proses optimasi hingga selesai.</li>
<li>Klik menu Compute &gt; Vibration, Rotation Analysis. Tunggu proses perhitungan hingga selesai.</li>
<li>Klik menu Compute &gt; Vibrational Spectrum&#8230; dan pastikan Animate vibration tercentang &gt; klik Ok.</li>
<li>Selesai&#8230;</li>
</ol>
<p>Untuk menyisipkannya di powerpoint (<a href="http://urip.wordpress.com/2008/05/15/insert-file-flash-dan-pdb-ke-dalam-powerpoint/" target="_blank">seperti pada tulisan sebelum-nya</a>) maka animasi molekul yang dibuat tadi harus disimpan dalam format html/htm. Caranya:</p>
<ol>
<li>Klik File &gt; Save as HTML &gt; ketik nama file. Jangan lupa ubah beberapa detail dan HTML options.</li>
<li>Pastikan untuk HTML option terpilih Struktur plus Normal modes.</li>
<li>Pada HTML file details pastikal bahwa pada bagian molekul terpilih Cylinders &gt; Ok &gt; Save</li>

<p>Buka file yang dibuat tadi dengan internet explorer atau browser lainnya. pastikan pada internet explorer activeX control teraktifkan, jika belum aktif klik saja bagian tanda peringatan yang muncul tepat di bagian bawah menu internet explorer. Pilih Allow Blocked Content &gt; Yes dan jika semua sukses maka animasi vibrasi molekul yg dibuat akan muncul dengan gerakan vibrasi-nya.</p>

<p>Buat orang awam seperti saya, yang maunya bisa dengan cara cepat-instan untuk membuat website hal itu membuat semakin malas karena gak sabar. Dari beberapa program yang &#8220;<strong>WYSIWYG</strong>&#8221; (what you see is what you get) saya telah lama mendambakan suatu software dengan lincensi penuh. Karena yang saya coba saat itu <a title="Thundersite trial" href="http://www.generalia-software.com/thundersite/en/download.php" target="_blank">hanya versi trial-nya saja</a> dengan banyak dibatasi. Dapat dimaklumi. Akhirnya saya mendapatkan link untuk memperoleh software tersebut dengan versi full meskipun &#8220;bajakan&#8221;. Jika anda ingin mengambilnya coba saja jelajah menggunakan search engine favorit. Ini perlu perjuangan untuk sekedar mendapatan tautannya. Suatu kepuasan kalau kita mendapatinya sendiri.</p>
<p><span id="more-580"></span>Saya yakin siapapun akan dengan mudah untuk membuat website dengan mudah. Tinggal menyiapkan content untuk website an mempublishnya di hostingan baik gratis ataupun yang berbayar.</p>

Hasil file ISO bisa di ekstrak atau langsung di BURN ke dalam 1 CD, selanjutnya bisa di install dan tentu saja manfaatkan file crack untuk dapat memfungsikan seluruh kemampuan Thundersite.</p>

Banyak hal dilakukan agar presentasi yang dilakukan lebih menarik dan paparan  dapat dengan mudah dipahami oleh audiens.</p>
<p>Dalam dunia sain banyak sekali berbagai format file yang tidak bisa di sisip begitu saja tanpa bantuan &#8220;program tambahan&#8221;. Sepertinya yang saya lakukan beberapa waktu lalu ingin menyisipkan beberapa file flash (dengan extension *.swf) dan file Protein Data Bank (PDB dengan extension *.pdb).</p>
<p><span id="more-578"></span>Diasumsikan pada komputer sudah terinstall Microsoft Powerpoint dan flash player</p>
<p><strong>Cara menyisipkan file flash ke dalam powerpoint (Microsoft Powerpoint):</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Download add-in-nya gratis dari <a href="http://www.craigmont.org/SwiffPointPlayer20.exe">http://www.craigmont.org/SwiffPointPlayer20.exe</a> dan install SwiffPointPlayer tadi. Buka Program Microsoft PowerPoint</li>
<li>Dari menu Insert pada toolbar utama, pilih Flash movie&#8230;</li>
<li>Dari Open dialog box standar, browse pada Komputer untuk memilih Flash movie yang ingin disisipkan ( extension file *.SWF)</li>
<li>Selanjutnya klik mouse pada layar kerja powerpoint dan seret hingga Flash movie muncul pada slide.</li>
<li>Ok siap presentasikan untuk mecoba hasil penyisipan flash movie tadi (shortcut key tekan tombol: F5).</li>

<p><strong>Cara menyisipkan file PDB ke dalam powerpint (Microsoft Powerpoint):</strong></p>
<p>Untuk sisip file pdb silahkan download add-in powerpoint dari website <a href="http://skp.mvps.org/liveweb.htm" target="_self">http://skp.mvps.org/liveweb.htm</a> ok. Caranya ada dalam web itu dan saya pahami seperti yang saya tulis berikut:</p>
<p>Agar dapat me-load add-in dalam PowerPoint, check setingan macro &gt;&gt;Tools &gt;&gt; Macros &gt;&gt; Security, set-lah security level menjadi MEDIUM.<br />
1. Pilih &gt;&gt; Tools | Macros | Security pada tab security level, check MEDIUM.<br />
2. Klik  OK.<br />
3. Sekarang load Add-in seperti instruksi yang nampak.<br />
4. Sekali lagi add-ins ter-load anda dapat menyeting Security level kembali ke HIGH.</p>
<p>Cara Installasi:<br />
1. Jalankan PowerPoint.<br />
2. Klik pada Tools|Add-ins untuk jendela add-ins.<br />
3. Klik pada add untuk membuka kotak dialog&#8217;Add New PowerPoint Add-in&#8217;.<br />
4. Arahkan ke folder dimana di dalamnya berisi file zip yang di ekstark,pilih &#8216;LiveWeb.ppa&#8217; dan klik OK.<br />
5. Selanjutnya akan muncul macro virus warning. Enable kan macros itu. Ketika Add-in ter-load, ia akan tampil &#8216;X&#8217; lagi nama add-ins.<br />
6. Yah kalau begitu berhasil dah dan siap untuk digunakan.</p>
<p>Cara pakai:<br />
1. klik pada Insert | Web Pages&#8230;<br />
2. Masuk daftar alamat website yang akan di sisip ke ppt.<br />
3. Beri info tambahan seperlunya.<br />
4. LiveWeb akan membuat slide dengan web browser controls yang tercantum pada slides<br />
5. Run slide show.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color:#ff0000;">Catatan</span>:</strong> File PDB harus disimpan dalam format *.htm atau html dahulu sebelum disisipkan ke dalam power point. Jadi pada saat slide dijalankan kita masih bisa melakukan kontrol dengan mouse untuk menggerakkan file PDB tadi sesuai dengan keinginan.</p>
<p>File *.hin yang dibuat dari hyperchem-pun bisa disisipkan ke powerpoint dengan cara save as file sebagai tipe file HTML.</p>
<p>Ada cara lain gak yah&#8230; bagi-bagi yach.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><br /><p>Demikian salah satu pertanyaan yang dilontarkan oleh rekan <a href="http://antobilang.wordpress.com/" target="_blank">tobil</a> disela obrolan lewat YM beberapa hari lalu. Alasannya memang klasik ada kesibukan yang menyita lebih banyak perhatian dari sekedar ngeblog&#8230; (maaf tuk rekan blogger). Beberapa alasan itu antara lain sebagai pelajar tentu harus lebih banyak belajar, tidak sekedar belajar ngeblog <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' /> . Itu memang mesti melekat pada kewajiban saya yang saat ini sebagai pelajar. Horeeee punya alasan&#8230; Alasan lain adalah saat ini saya belajar dibiaya rakyat maka tanggung jawabnya menjadi lebih besar. Oleh karena itulah lalu saya beralasan  tidak lagi  bisa aktif&#8230; (yang penting dapat alasan). Kalau menulis di blog saja sudah tidak seaktif dulu apalagi dengan aktivitas blog-walking.</p>
<p>Jadi inget motivator menulis <a href="http://www.webersis.com/" target="_blank">Ersis Warmansyah Abbas (EWA)</a>, beliau memprediksi bahwa saya bisa menjadi penulis produktif. Beliau yakin prediksinya tidak pernah meleset. Dan prediksinya saat ini meleset, tidak akurat alias masuk pengecualian (yang juga diperkirakan sambil guyon), karena saya semakin jarang menulis, walaupun sekedar via blog gado-gado ini. Maaf ya Bang EWA). BTW ayo terus menulis&#8230; weleh.</p>
<p>Ok kembali ke perihal blog ini. Dari statistik blog ini tidak banyak mengalami perubahan fluktuasi jumlah pengunjung. Kisaran perhari tidak kurang dari 3.000-an klik, kecuali untuk hari libur&#8230; ini bukan nyombong lho&#8230; wong sepertinya mereka nyasar saja. Saya juga minta maaf untuk para pengunjung yang kesasar di blog ini, mungkin saudara berharap mendapatkan banyak hal namun sayang tidak tersedia. Saya sadar tentang hal ini bahwa tidak sedikit pengunjung setia yang masuk dikarenakan keperluannya dengan perangkat pembelajaran di sekolah, ujian nasional, dan juga pengunjung yang ingin mendapatkan ebook.</p>
<p>Tadinya blog ini memang akan saya jadikan basis untuk penyediaan beragai perangkat mengajar (tempat berbagi tentang perihal pengajaran di sekolah), tapi ternyata terjadi pergeseran orientasi&#8230; wuih. Mungkin nanti jika sudah aktif mengajar lagi komunikasi bisa terjalin lebih baik dengan sesama rekan guru dan juga blogger pada umumnya. Semoga.</p>

Dengan berbagai perangkat lunak, optimis kimia akan semakin mudah dimengerti, tidak lagi membuat orang yang ingin mengakrabinya menjadi alergi.</p>
<p align="justify">Sayang sekali publikasi di Indonesia tentang kimia komputasi belum banyak  yang bisa diakses secara bebas dan mudah.  Di kampus-kampus besar di Indonesia  sudah ada  yang menekuni tentang  Kimia komputasi, tapi publikasinya minim. Semoga tidak lama  nafsu untuk  menggauli  kimia komputasi  melewati  beberapa perangkat lunak segera  tercapai, terengkuh.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><br /><p>Membaca adalah kebutuhan tiap orang. Membaca dalam artian benar-benar membaca. Tidak hanya menyusuri kata, frase, atau deretan kalimat. Tetapi harus dapat mengambil makna dibalik apa yang tertulis,  mengkritisi, serta berdialog dengan penulis lewat karyanya.</p>
<p>Ini adalah perenungan beberapa waktu terakhir kok serasa hambar dalam membaca buku. Kebanyakan bagi &#8220;kaum terpelajar&#8221; memiliki buku sekedar untuk penenang hati, sekedar untuk jaga-jaga agar jika perlu tidak sulit mencari.  Ini juga yang menjangkiti diri saya.  Berbagai &#8220;ebook&#8221; terkumpul ratusan tapi seakan-akan tidak ada waktu untuk membaca keseluruhan, lebih-lebih meng-khatamkannya.</p>
<p>Andai saja kita atau kebanyakan dari kita mau memahami isi suatu buku itu maka tidak ada suatu hal yang membuat kita &#8220;tidak tahu&#8221;. Oleh karena itu tidak boleh menunda memahami cara membaca. Bukan berarti kita berhenti membaca saat di SD kelas 2 atau kelas 3. Jika membaca seperti kebanyakan kita maka untuk sekedarmembaca kita tidak perlu untuk sekolah lebih tinggi.</p>

Yang paling saya suka pada forum ini adalah buku-buku itu di upload tidak hanya di tempat penyimpanan rapidshare.com atau tempat lain yang jika download harus memiliki account premium untuk dapat mendownload dengan cepat. Itulah MiHD.net. Kalaupun belum terupload kita bisa meminta bantuan kepada para adminnya. Tesekurler&#8230;terimakasih&#8230;. kepada rekan mumies, Giray, ebruerk, nersah, egeodtu, TEASER, kimyager44, cayse and other friends.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.forumakademi.org" target="_blank">Forum akademi</a> adalah forum yang saya maksud. Jika saudara mengunjunginya untuk pertama kali maka kita mesti register&#8230; daftar dulu. Dan harap maklum saat pertama itu pula sampean akan disuguhi bahasa TURKI. dan gak usah repot kita bisa alihkan ke bahasa inggris yang sedikit lebih mudah untuk kita pahami. Tinggal isi beberapa hal kemudian kirim dan silahkan konfirmasi untuk mengaktifkan keanggotaan di forum akademi itu dengan mengecek email yang kita gunakan untuk mendaftar tadi. Jika sodara periksa di forum ini kita juga menjumpai ebook bidang sain lainnya, termasuk fisika, biologi, kedokteran dan farmasi. Lebih bagus dan enak lagi kalau kita memili account rapidshare.com premium downoadnya seakan melayang. Itu kalau bandwidth yang sampean miliki besar, dan silahkan menyiapkan space hardisk yang besar.</p>
<p>Selain ebook kita juga bisa mengambil manfaat atas disediakannya program atau software kimia yang bagi kebanyakan kita tidak akan sanggup untuk membelinya.</p>
